Marcus was a standout linebacker at Oak Grove High School and UCLA earning All American and PAC-10 Honors. Marcus possed a rare combination of size, speed, and strength which helped propel him to play in the NFL for 2 years including some starts with the Chicago Bears.
Returning to his roots, Marcus now teaches and coaches at Oak Grove High School. His ability to explain, demonstrate, and motivate young athletes is contagious. His passion for helping athletes achieve their full athletic potential, as he once did, is what drives him.
