From Coach Lydia Montenegro
"I was able to use my talent and hard work to get a Bachelor's degree from MNU in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Psychology. After concluding my 17 year long softball career at MNU in 2017, I continued my education and got my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Now I am back in the Bay Area and have been coaching private lessons, leagues and travel teams since 2020. Softball has been a big impact in my life and I want to use the skills and knowledge that I have to help players achieve whatever goals they have while developing mechanics, strength and mental health. Players need their body for the rest of their life, not just their career! "
