We accept phone orders during our regular business hours. Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST. We also offer internet ordering at www.SJBattingCages.com, 24-hours a day.
We accept Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders made payable to San Jose Batting Cages. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Credit card orders can only be shipped to the billing address listed with the bank that issued the card. CA residents, add 8.75% sales tax. Call for Wire Transfer information.
All items will be shipped via UPS Ground Service or USPS unless otherwise requested. UPS requires a physical street address; they will not deliver to a P.O. Box. All freight charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that all freight charges quoted are for UPS Ground Service on the price list. We will be happy to quote you charges for other shipping methods. Some shipments will be shipped USPS
All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. Your purchase will be backed by the limited warranty extended by the manufacturer of the parts. San Jose Batting Cages and the manufacturer will not honor warranty requests due to accidents, shipping damage, improper handling. neglect, or non-intended use. Warranty claims apply to parts only. Warranty is void if the product is altered in any way from as purchased from San Jose Batting Cages or SJBattingcages.com. If a product is sold on eBay or other venues that warranty supersedes the above warranty.
Returns are only accepted if the item is defective. Should you need to return a part for a refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our customer service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Parts authorized to be returned, on a non-exchange basis, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment in NEW UNUSED CONDITION. The product MUST be in original unaltered condition. No refunds on camps, clinics, or lessons.
Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise. Should any damage occur, immediately notify UPS or USPS so that all the necessary steps be taken to ensure prompt replacement of any damaged goods? Notify San Jose Batting Cages for instructions on returning damaged goods. San Jose Batting Cages is not responsible for any claims arising from damage notification given after three (3) days of receipt of delivery.
Always check the contents of your delivery to ensure that all the parts ordered are received. If you are missing any items please check to see if they have been back ordered on the invoice before calling the Customer Service Department. If a shortage has occurred, please contact our Customer Service Department within three (3) days of delivery to ensure a prompt replacement. San Jose Batting Cages assumes no liability after this point.
All international orders must be prepaid before shipment can be sent. Due to the constant fluctuation of currency rates and depending on the items being ordered, your freight fees will vary. It is important that you contact San Jose Batting Cages for shipping quotes.
All orders outside California are exempt from sales tax. California residents are required to add the appropriate sales tax to all orders. Rates are subject to change without notice. The current rate is 8.75%.
